Wireless Access

I've been wondering if anyone that is using a MSM760 controller setup with MSM422 APs (or any APs in general) might be able to share their success with how clients roam between APs.

I have a site with 24 APs and pretty decent converage.  I have a group setup under the main Controlled APs group with "Distance between APs" set to small.  This, according to the documetnation, should only accept clients with a SNR above 20.  However, looking at my clients I see connections that are displaying a SNR below 20.  The APs those clients are set to are set to Inherit their settings.

On the main Controlled APs group, the distance between is set to large.

Mainly, I'm wondering:

- Is there something conflicting between the Controlled APs group and the Sub-Group that is allowing SNRs below 20 to connect?

- Or this is a bug within the software.  I'm at 5.7.0.2.

- Is this just not working as I'm thinking it should in my mind :)

Maybe someone could share how their setup is going and if it is working as expected incase there is something with my config I may have missed.

setting FastRoamingSensitivity ( string as 4 ) in the registry of the nic setting, roam when db goes under 70
