  • 1.  Switch crashed with Crash Msg: "NMI Event ..."

    Hi,

     

    a ProCurve J4899B Switch 2650 crashed this morning. I tried to figure out why the switch crashed. I found the following record in the 'show tech' output, but I can`t find information about the issue:

    Hi,

     

    If your switch is already running latest GA firmware or superior the best way is to contact HPN support with synoptics, Part number; S/N and show tech information to obtain an analyze.

     

    In the "show log -r -a" (or the one from the show tech) do you have any interesting events before the crash ?

    Thank you for your help.

     

    The firmware on the switch is the most recent and there are no special events in the log file.
