I am trying to install an OfficeConnect 11 Mbps Wireless LAN CardBus PC card (3CRSHPW796). Every time I insert the card into the slot, Windows XP displays a blue screen error message for a few seconds, then reboots (not enough time to read the message). The same thing will happen upon restarting, until I remove the card.
I first installed the card before software installation, and tried again after; it makes no difference, there is still the same blue-screen error sequence described above.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Appreciate your inputs. Thanks.
