  • 1.  Trying to remove aaa bandwidth contract

    Hello,

    AOS 8.10.0.9

I'm trying to clear up some config that we no longer need - two AAA bandwidth contracts, but when I try to delete them I get the message:

bandwidth contract 'uws-guest-up_bwc' in use by 1 ref

bandwidth contract 'uws-guest-down_bwc' in use by 1 ref

When I look on the cluster ("show configuration effective") there is no mention of that contract, other than it being defined. And if I do "show rights" it isn't listed as being in use by any of the user roles. Any idea what might be stopping me getting rid of it?! It isn't in use at any level of the hierarchy as far as I can tell. It's not a massive issue but has become a bit of a mission!

one can also apply bandwidth contracts to VLANs. so you might want to check that.

Were you ever able to sort this out and remove the reference and the contract? I created one by role and it lingers in the config but is not referenced even though that's what it states. Also running 8.10.0.x. The policy referenced was actually meant to be a user limit.

    Thanks,

    Chris

Seems I was able to resolve the references with this by rebooting the Mobility Conductor then removing them via the CLI.

    -CC
