  • 1.  Vendor ID

    Can I change the vendor ID ? If I CLI tftp upload a Aruba image onto a IAP-225 that is branded Dell, can I get it over to Aruba ? Or am I stuck forever with a branded not well supported Dell version ?

    Maybe there is a CLI command to change the vendor ? Or is that top secret.

    I have not tried uploading IAP code from Aruba to a Dell IAP, but that definitely works on a Campus Dell AP.  Your only issue is that if you need support, it is not supported.  If that is not your concern, please let us know if it is possible.
