Hello, I need to configure a 'Remote log receiver' in orchestrator using webhooks. I want to see all logs of the devices in XSOAR machine. The connection with my xsoar is a webhook receiver. The connection to the webhook is using port forwarding on the proxy to port 8443. I am not receiving any alerts on my server even though the ports are open, do you know if there is a problem with port 8443 for the connection in the platform configuration? I have tried with another server that I have pointing to port 443 and there I was able to receive the events.

Hi Rosa,

In Silverpeak Orchestrator, the "Remote Log Receiver" feature supports webhooks; however, there is a known limitation or restriction when using port 8443 for webhook connections. Due to this, syslog messages are not being transmitted successfully.
